The process to cancel your Importify subscription varies depending on the e-commerce platform you're using.
Cancellation Process by Platform
For Shopify users
- Go to your Shopify admin dashboard
- Click on "Apps"
- Select "App and Sales Channel Settings"
- Find Importify in the list and click "Remove"
For Wix users
- Log in to your Wix store's admin panel
- Navigate to "Subscriptions" in your Wix account
- Find Importify and click the "More Actions" icon next to it
- Select "Cancel App"
- Choose "Cancel auto renew" and click "Submit"
For WooCommerce users
- Log in to your WordPress Admin dashboard
- Click on the Importify app in the side menu
- In the Importify dashboard, go to the "Settings" or "Plans" section
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
For Jumpseller users
Access your Importify dashboard through Jumpseller and look for the cancellation option in the "Settings" or "Plans" section.
Important Notes
For all platforms, canceling your subscription will immediately end your access to Importify's premium features. Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.
