How to fulfill orders on Woocommerce with Importify?

Importify supports two ways to fulfill customer orders for WooCommerce users:

Manual Fulfillment (available on all plans) and
Automatic Order Fulfillment with AliExpress (Gold Plan only).

This guide outlines both options in a simple step-by-step format.

🧾 Manual Fulfillment (All Plans)

Manual fulfillment allows you to process orders from any supplier.

1. Access Your Order List

  • Log in to your Importify dashboard

  • Navigate to the “Order List”

  • Find the order you want to fulfill

2. Open the Supplier’s Product Page

  • Click the product title in the order

  • You'll be redirected to the supplier’s site

3. Place the Order Manually

  • Add the product to your cart on the supplier’s website

  • Manually enter your customer’s shipping information

  • Review the details for accuracy

4. Mark the Order as Fulfilled in WooCommerce

  • Finalize the payment on the supplier’s site

  • Go to your WooCommerce dashboard → Orders

  • Open the specific order and update the status to “Completed”

  • Optionally, add a tracking number

🚀 Automatic Order Fulfillment with AliExpress (Gold Plan Only)

This exclusive Gold Plan feature streamlines the order process by automating AliExpress checkout.

Here’s how it works:

1. Open Your Importify Order List

  • Log into your Importify dashboard

  • Go to “Order List”

2. Start Fulfillment

  • Click the “Order” button next to the customer order

3. Draft Checkout on AliExpress
Importify will:

  • Prepare the order as a draft on AliExpress

  • Automatically add the specific product variant to your cart

  • Auto-fill your customer’s shipping details

4. Review & Complete the Order

  • Double-check all information on the checkout page

  • Complete the purchase using your AliExpress account

📌 WooCommerce Fulfillment Note

WooCommerce doesn’t auto-update order status based on outside fulfillment. After completing the order on the supplier’s site:

  • Go to your WooCommerce admin → Orders

  • Locate the customer’s order

  • Change the status to “Completed”

  • Add tracking details if available

✅ Tips to Avoid Issues

  • Always verify the shipping address and product variant before submitting the order

  • Use Chrome with the Importify extension when using automatic fulfillment

  • Fulfill orders quickly to maintain a strong customer experience
