Importify usually connects to your store automatically when you activate the plugin. However, if you encounter connection issues, follow this guide:
Requirements
Ensure the WooCommerce plugin is installed and activated on your WordPress website.
Log in to your WordPress, visit Settings > Permalinks, ensure the "Post name" is selected, and if not, change it to "Post name" and save.
Verify your website uses HTTPS and has an SSL certificate installed.
We recommend using the Wp encryption plugin or the SSL-zen plugin plugins, both of which are free.
If using security plugins (e.g., Wordfence, Jetpack, Sucuri, etc..), whitelist the Importify server IP: 162.243.171.163
Connection Steps
Follow the steps below:
Log in to the Importify dashboard, and visit the "Api setting" from the side menu.
Type your store URL, and click the "Connect My Store"
If you are not connected to your wordpress admin dashboard, at this point it will ask you to connect. if you are connected already you will see the request permission popup page, which you need to approve. (screenshot below)
That's it, the store should be connected and you should be able to start importing products to your store.
Troubleshooting
If you're still experiencing issues:
Ask your hosting provider to whitelist Importify's IP: 162.243.171.163
Ensure you're using the latest PHP version on your server.
Temporarily disable plugins that might conflict with Importify.
