Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where a store doesn't keep the products it sells in stock. Here's how it works:
Product Listing: You list products in your online store.
Customer Orders: When a customer places an order in your store, they pay you the retail price.
Order Forwarding: You forward the order details to your supplier, paying them the wholesale price.
Shipping: The supplier ships the product directly to your customer.
Profit: You keep the difference between the retail and wholesale prices as profit.
With Importify:
Use our tools to find products from suppliers like AliExpress, Alibaba or any other marketplace we support.
Import these products to your store using our app.
Set your retail prices higher than the supplier's price.
When an order comes in:
Log into your Importify dashboard.
Go to "Order List" in the sidebar.
Find the specific order you want to fulfill.
Click the product title within the order to access the supplier's product page.
Purchase the product from the supplier, using your customer's shipping details.
Once done, mark the order as fulfilled in your store's admin panel.
For some marketplaces (AliExpress, Amazon & DHgate) on the Gold plan,
we offer semi-automatic fulfillment:
Find the order in your Importify dashboard.
Click the order button.
Importify will fill in the customer's address at checkout.
Complete the payment on the supplier's site with your credit card.
Remember, Importify doesn't handle shipping or inventory. The supplier is responsible for shipping the product directly to your customer.
Additionally, you're responsible for customer service, marketing, and ensuring compliance with supplier policies and legal requirements.
