Why i can't see my collection using the Importify extension?

With Importify you have the ability to import product to a specific collection using the Importify extension.

Follow this guide:

1. Visit the product page URL

2. Click the "add" button on the top left side of the screen

3. Change the Title, Description, Pricing etc..

4. Scroll down and find the "Collection" field, add the collection you want this product to be linked to and click the import button. 

Important

When creating a new collection in Shopify, it's important to select the "manually select products" option. Otherwise, the collection won't show up in the Importify browser extension for adding products. (Shopify API limitation)

To ensure the collection appears properly, follow these steps:

1. In your Shopify admin, navigate to Products > Collections.

2. Click the "Add collection" button.

3. In the collection settings, choose "Manually select products" under the "Products selection" dropdown.

With this setting enabled, the new collection will now be visible when using the Importify extension to add or import products. Refer to the screenshot below for an example of where this setting is located. Choosing the manual selection option is crucial for collections to sync correctly.check this screenshot below
