I am not able to import, what should i do next?

  1. Ensure that you are using a desktop computer, as the Importify extension is not compatible with mobile devices or tablets.Follow the steps below:

  2. Ensure that you have installed the latest version of the Importify extension and that it is both enabled and up to date.    

to install the chrome extension click here and click the "add to chrome", to make sure you are using the latest version, watch this video .

To install the Chrome extension, click on this link and select "Add to Chrome." To ensure that you are using the latest version, please check this guide.

3. Ensure that your chrome browser is set to allow cookies:   

     * Open new tab in your browser and put this URL chrome://settings/content/cookies   

     * Enable this option -> Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)
   

     * Disable the 3rd option -> Block third-party cookies

After completing the installation, restart your browser and navigate to your Shopify dashboard. From there, click on the Apps section and select the Importify app. Once inside the app, attempt to import your data again. 
 


4. Ensure that you are subscribed to one of our plans. We offer a day trial, which requires you to subscribe to a plan and approve the charge. If you remove the app before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.

Note: if you subscribe to the basic plan you won't have access to import from Amazon.  

5. If the login button still appears after completing the first three steps, try clearing your browsing data.
