I am not able to import, what should i do next?

If you're experiencing issues importing products, follow these steps:

  1. Use a desktop computer: Importify is not compatible with mobile devices or tablets, so ensure you're using a desktop or laptop.

  2. Reinstall the Importify Chrome extension:

  3. Verify your subscription: Log in to the Importify admin dashboard, visit the "Plans" page, and ensure you're subscribed to a paid plan. To import from Amazon, you need the Premium or Gold plan.

  4. Extension Conflicts: Other extensions you have installed may conflict with the Importify extension. To check this, disable all your extensions except Importify and try importing again. If the issue is resolved, re-enable your other extensions one by one until you identify which one is causing the conflict.

  5. Clear cache/cookies and restart your browser:

    • In Chrome, visit this url “chrome://settings/privacy”, select the “delete browsing data”

    • Choose “All time” in the time range, check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and click “Clear data”.

    • After clearing, close and restart your browser.

If you are on WooCommerce:

  • Ensure the WooCommerce plugin is installed and activated on your WordPress website.

  • Make sure you are using the latest server PHP version.

  • Log in to your WordPress, visit Settings > Permalinks, ensure the "Post name" is selected, and if not, change it to "Post name" and save.

  • Log in to the Importify dashboard, visit the "API settings" from the side menu, enter your store URL, and click "Connect My Store". If your store URL includes "www", try adding or removing it and reconnecting.

  • Your website must have an SSL certificate installed (HTTPS). We recommend using the WP Encryption or SSL-Zen plugins, both of which are free.

  • If you're using firewall plugins like Wordfence, Jetpack, Sucuri, or any other security/firewall plugins, whitelist the Importify server IP: 162.243.171.163.

  • Contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist the Importify IP: 162.243.171.163.

After following these steps, try importing products again.
