How do I import product videos using Importify?

Add engaging product videos to your store listings directly from various marketplaces using Importify. This feature helps enhance your product pages and can improve conversion rates.

Requirements

To import product videos, you'll need:

- An active Premium or Gold subscription (not available on Basic plan)

- The Importify Chrome Extension installed

Supported Marketplaces

Videos can be imported from AliExpress, Amazon, Alibaba, Etsy, 1688, Taobao, Tmall, Shein, and Temu. Support for additional marketplaces is regularly added.

How to Import Videos

1. Log into your Importify Premium or Gold account

2. Visit the product page on a supported marketplace

3. Click the "Add" button in the top left corner

4. Look for the "Video" or "Description" tab in the import window

5. Select "Include video"

6. Click "Add to your store" to complete the import

Important Notes

If you don't see the "Video" tab in the Importify extension, this means either:

1. The marketplace doesn't support video imports

2. The specific product doesn't have video content available

Always review imported videos to ensure they align with your brand and meet your quality standards.
