How to Import Product Videos from Taobao to Shopify

Importify supports product video imports from Taobao, adding dynamic visual content to your product listings.

Requirements:

- An active Shopify account.

- An active Importify Premium or Gold subscription. Video importing is not available with the Basic plan.

Steps to import videos:

1. Log into your Importify account with a Premium or Gold plan.

2. Navigate to the Taobao product page with the video you want to import.

3. Locate the Importify "Add" button in the top left corner of your screen.

4. Click the "Add" button to open the Importify import window.

5. Within the import window, find and select the "Video" tab.

6. Mark the option "Include video" and click "Add to your store" to finalize the import process.

Tips:

- Not all Taobao products include videos. If there are no videos in the "Video" tab, the product likely lacks video content or we do not support it.

- Always review imported content to verify it aligns with your brand and meets your quality standards.

For Basic plan users interested in this feature, an upgrade option is available in the "Plans" section of the Importify dashboard. Remember, video content can significantly enhance product listings and potentially boost conversion rates.
