How to Fix Importify connection Caused by Cloudflare

If Cloudflare's Attack Mode is enabled on your WooCommerce store, it can block API connections and prevent Importify from connecting to your store. You'll need to temporarily disable Attack Mode (or switch it to LOW mode) to establish the connection.

Here's how to resolve this:

1. Access Cloudflare Settings:

- Log into your Cloudflare account

- Select your website domain

- Navigate to the "Security" section

2. Disable Attack Mode:

- Find the "Security Level" or "Attack Mode" setting

- Change the setting from "Under Attack" to "Low" or "Off"

- Wait 5-10 minutes for the changes to take effect

3. Try Connecting Again:

- Return to your WooCommerce admin panel

- Attempt to connect Importify

- The connection should now work properly

Technical Notes:

- Attack Mode is designed to protect against DDoS attacks but can interfere with legitimate API connections

- Cloudflare changes can take several minutes to propagate

- Consider whitelisting Importify's IP address (142.93.243.198) in your Cloudflare settings for a more permanent solution
