How do I fulfill customer orders using Importify?

Importify offers two primary methods for processing your customer orders, and understanding each one will help you choose the most efficient approach for your business.

Manual Fulfillment (All Plans)

  1. Access your Order List: Log into your Importify dashboard • Navigate to "Order List" in the sidebar • Locate the order you want to fulfill

  2. Access the Supplier's Site: Click the product title within the order • Wait to be redirected to the supplier's product page

  3. Process the Order: Add the product to your cart • Enter your customer's shipping details manually • Double-check all information for accuracy

  4. Complete the Process: Finalize the purchase with your payment • Return to your store's admin panel • Mark the order as fulfilled

Semi-Automatic Fulfillment (Gold Plan)

This premium option is exclusively available for Gold plan subscribers and works with three major marketplaces:

  • AliExpress

  • Amazon

  • DHgate

The process is straightforward:

  1. Access your Order List: Log into your Importify dashboard • Navigate to "Order List" in the sidebar • Locate the order you want to fulfill

  2. Access the Supplier's Site: Click the order button next to your chosen order • Importify will redirect you to the product page on the supplier's website

  3. Process the Order: Add the product to your cart on the supplier's website • Review that the product details match your customer's order • Proceed to the checkout page

  4. Complete the Checkout: On the checkout page, Importify will automatically fill in your customer's shipping information • Verify that all auto-filled address details are correct • Complete the purchase by making payment with your credit card.

For Shopify Users

To ensure proper functionality with Importify, configure your Shopify settings:

  1. Access Settings: Log into your Shopify admin panel • Navigate to "Checkout" settings • Select "Order processing"

  2. Configure Fulfillment: Find "After an order is paid" • Select "Do not automatically fulfill any of the order's line items" • Save your changes

Supplier Responsibilities:
