How do I fulfill customer orders using Importify?

Importify supports two methods for processing your customer orders: Manual Fulfillment (available on all plans) and Automatic Fulfillment with AliExpress (exclusive to Gold Plan users).

🧾 Manual Fulfillment (All Plans)

You can manually fulfill orders from any supplier connected through Importify.

1. Access Your Order List

  • Log in to your Importify dashboard

  • Click on “Order List” in the sidebar

  • Find the order you want to fulfill

2. Open the Supplier Page

  • Click the product title in the order

  • You’ll be redirected to the supplier’s product page

3. Place the Order Manually

  • Add the product to your cart

  • Enter your customer’s shipping information manually

  • Review all details for accuracy

4. Mark as Fulfilled

  • Complete the purchase on the supplier’s site

  • Return to your store admin panel

  • Mark the order as fulfilled and add tracking if available

This feature is exclusive to Gold Plan subscribers and simplifies the fulfillment process by automating checkout with AliExpress.

How it works:

1. Access Your Order List

  • Log into your Importify dashboard

  • Navigate to “Order List”

2. Click “Order”

  • Next to the order you want to process, click the “Order” button

3. Draft Checkout on AliExpress

  • Importify will:

    • Prepare this order as a draft on Aliexpress

    • Automatically add the specific product variant to your cart

    • Auto-fill your customer’s shipping details

4. Review & Complete

  • Double-check shipping and product info

  • Complete the purchase with your preferred AliExpress payment method

🔧 For Shopify Users

To ensure your orders are handled correctly when using Importify with Shopify, update your store settings:

1. Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Checkout
2. Under “Order processing” → “After an order is paid,” select:
→ “Do not automatically fulfill any of the order's line items”
